1 room house in Lund

I have three furnished rooms that I rent out to non-smoking, well-behaved students, preferably master's students, PhD students or post-docs. Shared access to bathroom, toilet, kitchen and laundry room. Electricity and internet included. A 20-minute walk to the city center, with a bus stop right outside. I am a positive academic who is now renting out the rooms that my children previously had. The atmosphere here is relaxed and friendly.
