When the building was constructed in 1952 it was given the name "Theobroma 1952" on an ornate iron plaque on the façade — which, loosely translated, means the cocoa tree. Among the tenants are, among others, a pharmacy and a health centre, a dentist and local shops. The property is located about 15 km northwest of Linköping in Ljungsbro, through which the Göta Canal passes. The canal can be crossed in Ljungsbro under one of the canal's two aqueducts.
