1 room house in Jönköping

The room is furnished; the rent includes electricity, water and Wi‑Fi. There is free on‑street parking and it is also close to the bus stop. I prefer people who work, or students at Jönköping University. You must provide references. Please tell about yourself — background, age, education, hobbies, etc. You should be tidy, responsible and respectful. There is a cleaning schedule to follow in the house.
