1 room house in Hässelby

I am renting out a room in my 1950s terraced house in Hässelby Gård. It is 500 metres from the metro. The house is pleasantly furnished, and I expect you to use the whole house, not just “your” room. I commute weekly, so for the most part you will have the house to yourself. I appreciate a bit of “life in the house,” so you don’t have to tiptoe around like a cat! The home has the usual amenities, such as a kitchen, laundry room, etc. A bicycle is available for use to get to the metro, if you wish. I only rent to men, preferably LGBTQ people....
