We are renting out a cottage in a rural location with good transport connections nearby. The accommodation consists of a kitchen/living room in an open-plan layout and one bedroom, 10 square meters in size. A private wind-sheltered southwest-facing patio and a parking space outside the door are included. The rent is 6000 SEK/month. Electricity is extra. Internet is not included. Move-in can take place at the end of December if desired. Service fee for the tenant: 297.
