1 room house in Bro

We are renting out our guesthouse until May/June (possibly longer) but we plan to start renovating it this summer. The house is located about ten kilometers from Bro with a bit of lake view; a bathing spot is about 5 minutes away. It is built on top of our garage and is fully habitable, 60 m², with two small bedrooms, a toilet, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen.
