1 room house in Älvsjö

A fantastic Attefall house right next to Lake Långsjön. Private patio. Large windows overlooking the water. Peaceful and quiet. Electricity and water are included in the rent. Easy access to the city, with a bus stop outside the house, and approximately 2 km to the commuter train and metro. Good cycle paths to the city. I have tried renting out parts of the main house, but I did not find the right tenants. I have lived in the Attefall house myself for a period, and it is absolutely wonderful!!!!
