1 room house in Älvsjö

A fantastic Attefall house next to Lake Långsjön. Private patio. Large windows overlooking the water. Peaceful and quiet. Electricity and water are included in the rent. Easy access to the city, with a bus stop outside the house, and approximately 2 km to the commuter rail and subway. Good cycle paths to the city. I have tried renting out parts of the main house but did not find the right tenants. I lived in the Attefall house myself for a while; it is absolutely wonderful!!!! Service fee for tenant: 714
