Hi! I have a five-room villa that will be vacant from 1/2-23. What you rent is one (1) or several rooms together with some others, e.g. students, etc. The rent is 8,500 SEK per room. Included in the rent are water, electricity, heating, a shared kitchen, bathroom and common living areas, as well as wireless broadband at a decent speed.
