3 room house in Jättendal

I’ve decided to rent out my little paradise for a few more years. It’s in Mellanfjärden! The boathouse is fully winterized, with four rooms and a kitchen, a balcony, and about 120 m² spread over two floors. There’s a patio with space to grow things. A small rowboat is available to borrow. Heating: air-source heat pump, wood-burning stove, and underfloor heating in the bathroom. A garage tent is available. The house is rented fully furnished! Rent excludes utilities!
