1 rum lägenhet i Hägersten

Hello! I am renting out a room in my apartment from January 1st 2024 and until May 31st next year, possibly longer. The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobes and storage above them. Full access to the kitchen and its utilities, and the same for the bathroom. Västertorp is a very lush green area and very calm around here. 15 minutes with the subway into Sthlm City. I have a Golden Retriever dog. Electricity/water/heating and internet is included in the rent. I do prefer a female student as I am a female myself. Serviceavgift för hyresgäst: 247
