1 rum lägenhet i Borås

I am planning to rent-out my student apartment from 01-september-2012. Heat, electricity, cable and ineternet are included in rent. This room is with own kitchenette with fridge / freezer, hot plates, microwave and own toilet / shower. we have 3 big common kitchens also. The basement is large laundry with dryer and drying room and a sauna. This student residence is located near the train station and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the University. Interesting thing is you need to pay the 10-month rent only in a year. If you are interested please let me know. Thanks Tharak.
